Good hotel, close to the airport, nice view, quite expensive for what you get.

Pros: Check-in staff are exceptional - friendly, helpful, welcoming. Really good. The view from the room is good (we had an end room). The room is just OK - a little tired, weird shape, only curtains for privacy in the bathroom (the frosted glass for the toilet room is useless). Breakfast very good. View from the elevators (not into the hotel, but toward the front entrance of the hotel) isn't good - looks old, rusty, and badly in need of some paint. Cons: Room, particularly the bathroom. In general, it was magnificent

Pros: Rodrigo for managing my car in the parking lot. The reception is always present and tries to speak French or make themselves understood. The breakfast is excellent with attentive staff to its clientele. Cons: Too few sunbeds at the pool

Pros: Quality of the welcome, professional and attentive staff. Exceptional breakfast buffets in terms of quality and variety of offerings with local products. Direct view of the Tagus River very pleasant, spacious room. Cons: Nothing

Pros: Loved the view, staff, breakfast. Location and of course the view. Stayed there numerous times and always enjoy it so much. Spa treatments really well executed too. Cons: The rooms probably do need updating and in a few places you can see wear and tear but while we were there you could see the lower floors all being redecorated so look forward to seeing the improvements soon.
