Very bad experience

Extremely disappointed with the lack of flexibility and hospitality for premium guests at this property. We arrived at 12:25 for a 14:00 check-in. Knowing we would be early, we purposely paid a significant premium for rooms with Concierge Lounge access. At almost every other club-level hotel in the world, early arrivals are welcomed to wait comfortably in the lounge until their room is ready. Not here.
