Water spread throughout the bathroom, reaching the door and the sink, which also kept filling with water while we were using it. At around 11 p.m. or midnight, we had no choice but to call reception and ask someone to come and clean and dry the bathroom. The staff came and told us that the following day they would either change our room or repair the problem.
