Disappointing

Pros: Nice location, food ok but overpriced. Nice atmosphere on beach. Clean rooms. Cons: Terrible service on the beach - sadly too much “attitude” from mostly the female staff. Twice I was ushered away from the hotel and told I could not enter by rude,abrupt village security/ ushers rather than asking politely if I was a hotel resident. Altercation with an unacceptably rude waitress at dinner who automatically added 20% to my bill without asking. When I pointed out that service had not been good and therefore 10% was reasonable she started arguing with me and said “it’s for all the staff” .

Pros: Serviço excelente!! Funcionários extremamente educados e prestativos! Cons: Tudo!! Cama confortável, quarto com vista maravilhosa, restaurante beira mar perfeito, serviço de praia excelente.
