I did not stay here as no access was gained money has been taken from my account and even now I have had no contact from the company at all. Worse thing is I have stayed here 3 times before and this has never happend so disappointed! And my money has beenn TAKEN

Pros: A really lovely place to stay in a great location, for Alexander Stadium. Cons: Dreadful customer service with no reply to the problems I encountered (even after my stay) including a soaking wet

Pros: A really lovely place to stay in a great location, for Alexander Stadium. Cons: Dreadful customer service with no reply to the problems I encountered (even after my stay) including a soaking wet bedroom carpet, a loose toilet seat and tv remote that didn't work, even though I bought new batteries. This is the first time that I've put negative comments after many years of using the site. Booking.com tried their best to discuss with Naps Inn, who just ignore them as well as me. Really disappointed. I've cancelled the next booking I had. I messaged the accommodation many times during my sta
