The staff were helpful at reception
The staff were helpful at reception. I had lunch at an odd hour but eventually got someone's attention. Fish and chips were average. If there is one thing you could improve is have instructions to watch NZ channels on TV, have available menus. And fix window latches.

Can be good if they get better cleaners
Pros: The bar was nice and location of the property close to the airport and not far from the city Cons: It wasn’t clean enough, I had to change to 3 different rooms until I had a clean room, beds had hairs and stains everywhere for 3 rooms, Indian lady at the front was so helpful and understanding about it but hotel cleaners should be better

Pros: Staff were really friendly, and the hotel is nicely situated. The vibe is nice with funky deco. Cons: The beds were a little stiff - the dinner menu was limited, and a little overpriced.
