Near Downtown Dallas - The Dapper Charm

Adequate

Inexpensive price. You get what you pay for.

Pros: It was clear the decor was updated. Recently painted, items on the walls and counters. The exterior of the building looked decent. Cons: The floor is poor quality with weak spots under the vinyl planks. The floor dips under your weight. The tub/shower did not work well. The water pressure was poor. The huge, heavy iron gate at the entrance tells you the neighborhood is not great if the drive didn’t.

Pros: The self check in and location wasn’t bad Cons: Too much humid odor , easily hearing noise from upstairs

Pros: Amazing host, absolutely the most adorable apartment, easy booking and easy extension. Cons: A little hard to contact but still 10 out of 10

Absolutely amazing on every level will definitely visit again
