The property is in a great location. The check in process of having a specific time to meet a person to obtain entry was frustrating.Finding parking to be able to meet the “check in” person is nearly impossible. I could have easily entered the building at any time when other tenants entered, but there was a fine if you did. Thankfully there were 2 of us and my husband could just keep circling the block until I came back out with key fob and parking pass for the garage. I have never encountered such specific rules from a property. We were afraid to use the pool for fear of “not showering proper

Checking in was a nightmare, first you have to upload a picture of your passport, a headshot, a picture of your credit card, authorize your credit card, etc. Then the day of arrival, we received an email saying we had to schedule an exact time of arrival with a greeter. When our plans changed and we tried to update this, they gave us a hard time (good luck if you're flight is delayed) and there is the threat of a fine, if you are late.
