Nena Apartments Metropolpark Berlin - Mitte -Adult Only

Wonderful stay! Planning on coming back:)

Pros: The property was very clean. Had all facilities that one may need such as a kettle, hairdryer, Fridge etc. The apartment was in a good location once you figured out the streets, only a 15 minute walk to Alexanderplatz and from there many other attractions are in walking distance too! The staff were very friendly too! They are on hand for any questions from 10am till 1.30am! Cons: The only thing that I can say as a negative was the shower had a fixture missing, but was still able to use it fine!

Brilliant location, Terrible amenities

Pros: Location was brilliant Cons: We got there and there was no hot water or heating and we had to try out 3 other rooms, When we found one (which went off on the last night) it was filthy. There was dust and stains everywhere and they hadnt cleaned it. Expecting a partial refund.

Buona struttura ottimo prezzo ma soprattutto ottima posizione per visitare Berlino

Pros: Ottima posizione ed alloggio carino ben arredato Cons: Mancano dettagli per una buon accoglienza...ad esempio c'era la macchinetta del caffè con solo tre cialde (eravamo in tre) per tre giorni di soggiorno un po' poco...ma soprattutto non c'erano tazzine...per cui alla fine non si poteva cmq prendere il caffè!

Pros: Good location and big room but that was about it Cons: Hard to get inside property and had to wait for someone to open the door. No hot water in middle of winter. Floor was dirty. Bed and mattress very uncomfortable. Shower leaked water

Pros: Spacious and location Cons: The fan was not consistently working and the wifi would cut in and out
