Pros: No hay Cheking....nadie te espera....nadie te acompaña a tu apartamento....nadie te explica donde estan las mantas....las toallas....el aseo....la cocina...nada de nada. Tienes que ir averiguando tu....es todo una aventura. El apartamento de 6 personas magicamente se convierte en 4 personas. El aseo pierde agua que aparece en la habitacion de al lado...donde duermes...con humedades y seres vivientes. Las ventanas no estan bien colocadas y tendras aire frio y ruido constantemente. Londres es muy bonita. Cons: Las instrucciones de Checking solo y unicamente se realizan por sms y exclusivam

Cons: Apartament był zaniedbany, były zniszczenia co od razu zgłosiliśmy. Natomiast ostatniego dnia znaleźliśmy pluskwy co już totalnie odebrało nam komfort. Gospodarze nie byli pomocni.

Very disappointed

Cons: Very disappointing experience with the host and management. We were initially charged a £300 security deposit, which they refused to refund, accusing us of taking their Hoover (vacuum cleaner). We were a family of five, including two children, travelling with only backpacks and carry-on luggage as we were visiting multiple countries. It simply made no sense for us to take a vacuum cleaner with us. Despite repeatedly requesting that they review the video surveillance footage or provide any evidence to support their accusation, we were not given any proof, yet they withheld the entire se

Pros: The apartment is nice and clean. The furniture and equipment were well picked and added a great decor to the facility. It has everything needed to enjoy a comfortable stay. Tennants were polite and friendly. Cons: The only minor thing I disliked was the slow drainage during shower time.
