Reasonable for one night.

Pros: It was a clean and spacious room, and was satisfactory for the one evening I stayed. The host was helpful in helping me navigate finding the place. Cons: There was no tea and coffee, and limited shower amenities (Shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner). These were particularly important as it was a last minute decision to stay this was necessary and part of the reason I chose this place. It was a bit disappointing they were limited. Comfortable but not luxury

Pros: The flat was clean and comfortable, great location for us as we were visiting family Cons: There needs to be emphasis on no smoking, the floor stank of cannabis, we could smell it in our room and it's quite sickly. We were on 2nd floor, my husband struggled with the stairs, so once out in the morning we stayed out all day so didn't have to keep climbing them. The security gate was stuck open most of our stay. It looks like typical student accommodation, wouldn't say it was luxury
