BORING, IF I DIDIN'T GO OUTSIDE I WOULD'T KNOWN I WAS IN NEW ORLEANS.
Pros: LOCATION OF THE HOTEL, THE MAID WAS EXTREMELY NICE AND THOUGTFUL, Cons: THERE WERE NO ENTERTAINMENT WITHIN THE HOTEL , NO CULTURE. THIS HOTEL WAS JUST PLAIN AND MORE FOR BUSINESS MEETING.

Location is good. Cleanliness still room for improvement.
Pros: Location is great and the upgraded rooms are a good surprise as we’ve stayed here before. Cons: The drop ceiling in the bathroom is not ideal for tall people and there is no bathroom fan. Also? The room wasn’t fully cleaned when we arrived. Tape on the drapes from a previous guest and a random wet stain on the floor (only found this out after stepping in it)

Pros: How professional the staff was. The hotel was clean and welcoming. No noise, nice view, and the room was nice and price was a nice rate. Loved the pool and the city view from the pool. Cons: I would have preferred a balcony view but the city view was nice.

Pros: Location Cons: I have stayed at this location several times and while I thought each time I just came at a bad time. I stood in like for 40 MINUTES to get checked in. Only two associates were working, with this high of a check in volume extra staff or something should have been provided. Standing in line for 40 mins is crazy.
