Pros: Room was clean and the bed was comfortable

Pros: Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Parking was secure next and to the property. Great location. Lift to the property so no carrying bags upstairs. Had iron and ironing board in room. Cons: Unfortunately, there were several issues with the accommodation that made our stay very disappointing. The window was extremely stiff and I was afraid of breaking it, so I was unable to open it properly. There was a lot of noise outside from the road sweeper at around 5am each morning, which regularly disturbed our sleep. Whenever someone entered the hallway, the corridor light came on automat

Great stay no problems and great location.

Pros: Brilliant location. Great interaction with the staff and very quick responses. Beds very comfortable (didn’t use the sofa bed) everything you needed. Cons: Very well equipped. TV was great for Channels.

We had a great weekend with everything we needed.

Pros: Excellent location. Everything was provided for a comfortable stay. All cutlery, plates, pans etc were really clean and ready to use. Staff were easy to contact. We needed a kitchen sink plug and within 30 minutes one arrived. Great place to stay. Parking fees were refunded to my bank the next day. Cons: Due to its location it was very noisy through the night but to be expected. Some furniture was a bit tatty, but again really clean and to be expected in a busy rental
