I felt scammed.

Pros: The hotel design. Cons: I didn't like the service; even though the staff seemed pleasant, I felt pressured into buying the breakfast package at a "discounted" rate because they claimed it was a special offer for that day only. They told me I had to book it for several days to get the deal and made me pay £50 upfront, assuring me that I would be refunded if I didn't end up using the credit. The thing is, I saw the sign for that breakfast offer every day—not just the day I arrived—so that was a lie. Furthermore, at the end of my stay, I had two unused vouchers; I assumed there wouldn't be

Pros: Fint hotell, store rom, ser ut som på bildene

Pros: Fint hotell, store rom, ser ut som på bildene. Mange restauranter i nærheten. Nært Brick Lane og Shoreditch ++. Undergrunn direkte til Heathrow fra Whitechapel Stasjon. Cons: Det eneste jeg ikke likte var at det var ganske harde senger, ellers fornøyd med alt.

Hotel itself is lovely: be selective about situation of room

Pros: Lovely rooms, very dark for sleeping. Cons: Shower flooded whole bathroom making the room a soggy swamp, but more importantly, i called in the morning to advise that i wouldn’t be checking in until late evening and to request a quiet room high up in the hotel, which was agreed. Upon arrival i was allocated a 1st floor room directly above the street entrance and was kept up until after 2:30am by groups of men shouting and playing some kind of game, then by busy, noisy street traffic from 6am.
