A great hotel, great location and great price.
Pros: We had one evening there and I have no complaints at all. The hotel is spotless, the staff are charming and helpful. The hotel is immediately behind the Grand Hotel, perfectly located two minutes from the seafront. Parking is good with a £2.50 permit available from the hotel. Rooms are sufficient, perfectly clean with a comfortable bed. The breakfast is absolutely decent. I only saw three different staff members but they work hard, are super polite and helpful and really a credit to the establishment. I can't recommend this hotel enough. On recent trips to Eastbourne we've worked our way
