Pros: I love the area, the amenities and the convenience of options to eat, and I just love the customer service Cons: I didn’t have a Hudson Riverview hotel

Not recommended at all...!!!!
Cons: Terrible service, very unfriendly staff. They had us waiting for 5 hours to check in, after a 12-hour flight. And after giving us the keys, they still have the nerve to laugh at us and throw the keys at us rudely. I have never received such treatment. I still can't believe there are staff like that working in a public-facing place. I do not recommend it at all.
