Not a luxury. More of a nightmare.
Pros: The location was just what we needed as we were attending the BTS concerts at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Cons: The listing lied. It said futons were available and a sofa bed. Not true. There were blow up mattresses which were punctured and wouldn’t hold air. Sofa is just a sofa, not a bed. The lock on front door was broken. The sheets and towels felt old and not very clean. Various things in the apartment were broken. The shower head and tap over the bath was broken. Blinds at window ripped. Shower drained blocked and nearly overflowed each time we used it. Scam, comfortable for max. 4 people!
Pros: The bus stops in front of the house. There is a good store underneath the house. There are 2 bathrooms. Cons: The key safe code was not the number described, eventually we called, then after a few minutes we found out the code. The cleanliness was not great. There are no futon beds! The sofa in the living room is not extendable, too short for one person to sleep! There are only 5 mattresses, 3 of which have holes!!! One of the remaining two is stained. Finally, some of the company slept on the FLOOR! The 2 double beds are a bit small, but they were okay. We found 3 glasses and 2 cups. We

Nice and quiet
Pros: The tranquility of the area, with a supermarket just below. The published photos are exactly as in reality. Well equipped, except for the lack of glasses Cons: If I have to say something negative, I would say that a lot of light came in very early, due to the lack of blackout curtains

Customer service very poor i paid the deposit did not got back till 16 days after we left plus i have to contact my bank
