Newly refurbished 3 bedroom flat

Pros: The accommodation was spacious and ideal for what we needed. Cons: The accommodation stated it slept up to 8 people. 3 double bedded rooms and 2 sofa beds however there weren't any sofa beds, only a recliner sofa

Plenty of space and parking

Pros: Spacious. Bedrooms were clean, bathroom and kitchen clean and new. Ample parking Cons: The entrance was disgusting and filthy. Did not feel safe

Big flat for a base to stay

Pros: it was lovely comfortable beds, with tv in each room, very big flat. Cons: Entrance hall leading to flat, was unappealing, grubby. No lampshades in bedrooms Lounge lights didn't always work.

Unpleasant, doesn’t look like the pictures, not clean…. Avoid at all costs

Pros: Nothing Cons: Dust everywhere, rubbish behind beds, dirty sheets, damage to property, not newly refurbished as stated, fly infestation, mattresses were uncomfortable, beds squeaky, utensils dirty, not been cleaned (dirty and sticky floors), every time you left the property the neighbour was watching every move you make.

awful, worst place i have booked on this app, filthy, no refurbished at all and no refund offered ignores all messages

Pros: location was on Cons: was dusty and dirty not been cleaned for long time, broken doors resulting in son getting trapped in the lounge, broken floor tiles sticking up, crawling with spiders, walls all damaged and broken, holes in doors, windows stiff and mouldy, dirty bed sheets with long black hairs!!! loud music late at night from neighbour, asked for refund blanked all messages!! avoid!!!
