Excellent location, breakfast, and restaurant staff, but the rest was quite bad

Pros: Unlike the room and reception, the breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The accommodation and its amazing staff catered to every request, and the meal was the best value in New York. However, the room was not a suite but a cramped space even for two. There is a coffee machine and a microwave, but there are no conditions to enjoy them, and the fridge and shower lack space to put anything. Cons: I wrote above

The best

Experience was great, excellent service. Lina, the breakfast supervisor, and her team were the best. Jennifer, who took care of us, was also great. The reception staff were nice and experienced. The hotel was the best. I recommend the hotel 100 percent.

Great service, beautiful views, and a delicious breakfast!

We had a great stay! The hotel was very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room had a beautiful view of the Empire State Building, which made the experience even more special. The bed was super comfortable, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations—it was delicious! They even make fresh omelets to order, which was a wonderful touch. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Pros: Very central location for exploring New York on foot and accessing transportation. Cons: Very long wait for elevators. Breakfast room completely crowded, even stressful. Poor quality breakfast. Room layout impractical and lacking storage options.

Great and helpful staff

Chef Danae and the rest of the staff were friendly, professional, and did a great job. Breakfast was awesome. Service was awesome.
