Newly Renovated Tremont Treasure I Cozy + Modern

Peaceful retreat!

Pros: We really enjoyed how peaceful this place was. It sat back from the road, so it was quieter than most places we have stayed. It was clean and came well equipped with things that you may have forgotten to pack. It is a smaller rental, so it's perfect for a solo traveler or a smaller family. The neighborhood was beautiful and easily walkable to different places. Lincoln Park was right at the end of the street if you're bringing smaller children or even if you just want to take a walk and sit and enjoy. Parking was very easy to find even though it was street. Spacious, near access to neighborhood venues and easy ascess to all of Cleveland!

Pros: Location is excellent. Well lit acess, walkways were shoveled. Feltn very safe, plenty of outdoor lighting. Very spacious, well equipped kitchen. Laundry machines seemed clean. Close to park and restaurants and bars. Cons: Cleanliness! When first arrived smelled strongly of weed. In fact there were 2 blunt ends left on the handrail next to the front door and also found one in the basement near laundry. The floor of the shower is breaking through, felt as if it would fall through at any time! There was no bath mat left in bathroom, I found one in the basement to use. Lacking some fine

Good location/accommodations. Nice area shops and eateries. Easy access too local attractions.

Pros: What we liked - Bed was comfortable Kitchen was well equipped Living room was cozy Laundry facilities were adequate Location and area were great Cons: Could have been better - Shower floor was very slippery Curtains puddle on the floor and block the AC vents Large closet in bedroom was great but not enough hangers Bathroom needs bathmat or small rug

Acceptable

Pros: It was nice having a whole house to myself as compared to a sizable hotel room: I saw a couple of things I liked and am considering adding to my own house, i.e., automatic/electronic waste baskets. Neighborhood was quiet 🙂, and conveniently located. Cons: The shower stall was rather small, and the control handle was loose, making it somewhat difficult to control the temperature, but not rendering it unusable. I sent a message about it, but got no response. Bed was comfortable, but height wise, somewhat low. Otherwise, good.
