My stay at Ngong Hills Hotel was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel is in a great location, making it convenient and easy to access. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment throughout my stay. What stood out the most was the excellent customer service. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I would especially like to thank Vivian, whose kindness, attentiveness, and warm hospitality made my experience even more enjoyable. An Unforgettable 5-Day Stay - Highly Recommended!
I had an unexpected 5 days stay at the Ngong Hills Hotel! I originally planned only a one-night stay at the hotel on March 22, 2026, following a recommendation from my mother. However, the incredible warmth and professionalism from the staff, especially Remmie/Remjus, Joan, Wilkister, Victor, Kennedy, and Gladys, made me extend my stay to five days! The front desk and security are top-notch. The restaurant offered amazing food—the nyama choma and ugali were highlights—and the service was impeccable. This is a secure, comfortable, and well-managed hotel that truly deserves customer care awar
