We met a very special man full of energy polite and helpful, gave us exact information called kristiano ferrara .the floor of the room is not clean,we ate one night at the restaurant of the hotel that its supposed to be clean and special but unfortunately my daughter felt bad after eating tortellini vomiting 8 times and we lost full day and half ...we came for vacation and from another land to have fun and to feel good

Pros: Staff were lovely allowed us to check in early. Room was ready at 11am. There is a river between the hotel and main area so they offer a free shuttle bus that takes 5 minutes to the river. Boats to other side of river take 1-2 mins as they are back and forth. Nice location but a bit far. Nice clean room Cons: Shower is in bath so if your tall you will hit your head
Fantastic hotel – and the breakfast alone is worth it!
We had a wonderful stay at NH Amsterdam Noord and would definitely recommend it. The hotel offers a shuttle service from the ferry, which we found a little confusing at first as we weren’t quite sure where we needed to wait for it. We figured it out the following day, but the hotel is only around a 15-minute walk from the ferry anyway, so we were quite happy to walk and explore the area. The hotel itself was fantastic. It was incredibly clean, quiet and felt very secure. You need your key card to enter the hotel, and you also use it in the lift to access your specific floor, which we really

Pros: L’Hôtel est pratique d’accès en voiture avec un parking. Près du métro, à 15 min à pied du ferry qui vous emmène à la gare centrale gratuitement en 3 minutes. L’hôtel met également à disposition un shuttle gratuit depuis l’hôtel jusqu’au ferry. Chambre spacieuse, propre et climatisées. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Le personnel est agréable et présent H24. Le plus : des bonbons et de l’eau aromatisée toujours à disposition dans le hall. Cons: Le petit déjeuner est un peu cher. À 9h15 il manque des choses qui ne sont pas renouvelées ou alors encore surgelées. Peut être amélioré.
