It was really good. If you’re with kids definitely stay here as its convenient to come back in the middle of the day for
Pros: Best location! Close to the metro. It was very baby friendly. The staff was very friendly and warm especially with the baby they were very accommodating. They would help us warm baby food etc. Cleanliness was good. Walking distance from all the high end shops and restaurants Cons: Pool was pretty outdated, and dirty. If you needed anything from the hotel desk you have to go down to get it yourself otherwise €5 charge! Even to get a fork and plate for my baby. Some staff were a bit stuck up, one of them was rude at breakfast. Most were very nice though.

Very pleasant stay in a noisy city
Pros: Very nice hotel, with very well-appointed rooms, perfect location. Cons: The lobby is a very noisy train station hotel almost at all hours, you have to make your way to take the elevators, the rooftop bar no longer serves well before the hours announced by the hotel. And for a 5-star hotel, no room service in the late afternoon
