Good hotel and well located

Cons: The room was very close to the tracks and on the second floor at night, the S-Bahn noise was quite noticeable

Very central

Pros: Central Berlin has lots of restaurants nearby. Good selection at breakfast. Cons: One lift only worked above the ground floor. The door would not close on the ground floor. Don't get a room opposite the railway station.

Great place to escape and visit Berlin

Pros: Good location, friendly and welcoming staff, clean and cozy room (not the newest but still good), excellent breakfast and late checkout option. Cons: The only negative comment I can make is that the prices for the minibar are not available in the room, but the guest has to search for them online.
