Just ok. Did not quite meet expectations for the price.
Pros: Location Cons: Room slightly worn, black mold in the bathroom. Blood on the duvet cover. Attention to cleaning / maintaining the condition of the apartments.

Very enjoyable and centrally located. We were able to walk to all three train stations.
Pros: The room and bathroom were both spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning was wonderful as we happened to be staying during the heatwave in June. The staff was always very helpful. The rooftop bar was a bonus and we used it most nights despite it being too hot to sit outside. Cons: There is nothing that we did not like or that we could recommend doing better. We were very happy with the accommodations at the price point.

For a 4-star hotel, there are things to be reviewed.
Pros: Central location, right in front of the metro stop and close to shops of all kinds. The room is quite soundproof, the structure is new and welcoming. Beautiful terrace-bar overlooking the Brussels panorama. Cons: The reception staff did not provide information about the hotel's services, did not tell us about the gym or the services available in our room, and we were not escorted to our floor. The shower did not close properly, in fact, water fell on the floor after each shower. Slippers were missing from the courtesy kit, and there was only 1 bath kit when the stay was for 2 people. Fin
