Prachtig hotel op rustige locatie met zich op Murano en San Michele
Pros: Prachtig hotel, mooie grote kamer, grote badkamer en zicht op de tuin. Het personeel was heel behulpzaam en we hebben er echt hard van genoten. Cons: Het was iets verder dan we initieel geanticipeerd hadden, een taxiboot / transfer tot aan het avondeten zou beter zijn. Het ontbijt was voor ons te europees, wij hadden liever een gewoon eenvoudig italiaans ontbijt gehad met verse producten.
Disappointing
Cons: It turns out that we had two beds put together to make a king size bed however, one side was not a mattress. It was a boxspring, and the springs were poking in my husband‘s back. We reported it to management gave them a video. Also, there was blood stains on our mattress too and was told David contact us, but they never did.
Beautiful hotel away from the tourist intensity
Pros: I loved the location, being out of the hustle and bustle yet still within easy distance of main sights. The setting of the hotel, with its garden, is also gorgeous. The rooms were nice and the hotel itself beautiful. The staff was very friendly! I am tempted to come back to a more expensive room at the water (the hotel has its own vaporetti stop). Cons: The room felt a little dark and a bit in need of attention, but that is minor. It wasn't so clear exactly how to get the lounge and bar service, but after asking, staff helped. Pros: Absolutely beautiful hotel. Loved the terrace outside and the beautiful garden. Great service from all the staff. Cons: It’s just a little far from the main areas. But the upside to that is that it’s quiet.
Cons: The housekeeping did not fill the supplies. Otherwise everything else was great.
