Comfortable, clean and very convenient for Madrid sightseeing.
Pros: It was very clean. Cons: It is a shame that the use of the spa is not included in the price for the hotel guests. We went and found the spa too expensive for what it is.

One of my favorite hotels in Madrid!!
Pros: They left me a detail in the room that I found as soon as I arrived, and it was great. The double door of the rooms to isolate the sound, also great! The bed is comfortable but having all the different pillows to choose from is spectacular. The guy who checked me in was very friendly and helpful, and they sent me slippers to the room because I requested them. Even the maintenance staff and the security staff I encountered were very helpful and attentive when I asked for help. The room is super spacious and there is a lot of light, but the curtains block the light perfectly. They also gav

I will gladly visit again.
Pros: Breakfasts were rich in choice. Pleasant and luxurious atmosphere. The staff was nice and smiling, willing to help. From the windows of the room on the 11th floor, there was a beautiful panorama. The property is close to the metro line. Cons: Glass doors to the bathroom caused discomfort especially in the case of a family trip. The smell in the lobby is pleasant but it can become overwhelming for guests with a sensitive sense of smell.
