Cons: Un'esperienza ben al di sotto degli standard NH Hotels Viaggio frequentemente per congressi medici e scelgo hotel di fascia medio-alta, soprattutto catene come NH, per avere la garanzia di comfort, pulizia e affidabilità. Per quasi 400 € a notte, l'esperienza è stata decisamente deludente. All'arrivo mi è stata assegnata una camera con due letti singoli, nonostante avessi prenotato un matrimoniale. Poiché il telefono non funzionava, sono scesa alla reception, dove mi è stato spiegato che, essendo l'hotel quasi al completo, la loro policy non garantiva la tipologia di letto prenotata. S

Pros: Location bellissima Cons: Stanza non pronta all’arrivo. Colazione non a livello. Nessun cioccolatino la sera e acqua nel tetrapak

Pros: Loved the building itself, the modern style, the room and the staff. Everything is easy there Cons: Location is a bit away from center but not an issue at all as metro station is very close

Comfortable and clean, a little far out.

Pros: The hotel was lovely, however very corporate. We booked for a city break and felt it wasn’t really suitable for tourists. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Cons: It felt more suited for business trips. The pool was closed the entire time we were there due to the weather, which was disappointing as there’s no much else going on in the hotel if you cannot use this.
