NH Düsseldorf City

Completely disappointed considering other NH standards.

Pros: Location was good as there was UBahn station just at the corner and Dusseldorf station was around 10-15 minutes walk. lots of good restaurants nearby Cons: i have been to other NH hotels in other places and this was the worst. definitely not up to NH standards. first our shower was stuck into extremely hot water only. they changed the room next day. this time we found a big insect in our room which we could tell was poisonous.

The location is excellent. I really liked the Schnitzel restaurant right next to the hotel. After checking out, they stored my luggage for me until it was time for my flight. The reception staff were very kind.

Mi sono trovata molto bene. Lo staff era molto gentile e mi ha fatto fare un check in anticipato, senza costi aggiuntivi. Tutto pulito e comodo da raggiungere.

Pros: Good location, comfortable bed and room.Staff polite and helpful Cons: Difficulty opening door to room with old card technology. System needs an update. Poor drainage in shower with foul smell.
