Cons: Got woken up at 7am by the fire alarm. Apparently there was a malfunction. That is ok and these things can happen! But the staff didn’t mention a thing. Not a single “was everything ok?” Or “we apologise for the inconvenience” at checkout. No complimentary drink/snack/anything to make up for the fact that we had to stand in the cold and dark in our sleeping clothes.
Pros: Wir waren rund um glücklich, das Buffet beim Frühstück war mega. Auch das Zimmer war super schön und das Badezimmer auch von der Größe er passend. Cons: Kleinigkeiten, im Bad war eine Fliese kaputt und es waren Wasserspritzer schon auf dem Spiegel, bevor wir das Bad überhaupt genutzt haben. Aber das ist meckern auf höchsten Niveau 😉 durch das Konzert der Backstreet Boys war das Hotel sicherlich etwas teurer, als normal, aber für den Ausnahmezustand war der Preis noch angemessen 😊 Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen.

Pros: The property was absolutely great — clean, modern, and beautifully maintained, making it a really comfortable place to stay. The staff were absolutely fantastic, always friendly, welcoming, and more than happy to help with anything we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we really appreciated the level of service and care they provided throughout our stay. The bar was another highlight, with a super chill, cosy atmosphere that made it the perfect spot to unwind, relax, and enjoy a drink.
