Me hicieron cargos a posterior y el personal no lo resuelve
Pros: Para ir al Festhalle la ubicación es buena, la habitación es bastante nueva y la cama es cómoda. Cons: La bañera resbala mucho, deberían de tener cuidado con eso. Estoy teniendo muy mala experiencia con el personal que atiende los correos del hotel, Me cobraron la tasa dos veces, una cuando pagué allí en el check in y luego nuevamente una vez ya había vuelto del viaje. Tras discutir durante semanas con ellos (creo que no entendían bien el inglés durante los primeros mensajes) y decirme que era error mío finalmente tras semanas insistiendo aceptaron que se había bloqueado por error, pero

Nice Hotel near the convention center and easily accesible either by Tram (lines 16 or 17) or the subway (U4). The breakfast ladies were nice and attentive to our needs. You can expect the typical american buffet-style breakfast. The room was comfy, had AC and was reasonabily quiet.

Pros: Schönes großes Zimmer und auch das Bad war sehr geräumig, alles sauber. Die Fenster dichten gut gegen den Straßenlärm ab. Die Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Cons: In meinem Zimmer funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht, sodass es sehr heiß war. Fenster öffnen und dabei schlafen war nicht möglich aufgrund des Straßenlärms. Der Mini-Kühlschrank im Zimmer surrte laut und gab etwa einmal in der Stunde ein lautes Krachen von sich gab, sodass ich stündlich davon aufwachte.

Pros: Bile kci i ja. Pristojan hotel, cak iznad ocekivanja, osoblje od pomoci, lokacija odlicna. Svakako preporuka! Cons: Nemam primjedbi.
