Overall pleasant
Pros: Amazing guest relations female. Left something at the NH collection Barcelona . Helped to retrieve it Nice view from pool Cons: Reception n restaurant Staff not fluent in English Stingy about water!!! No room service /housekeeping to deliver water . Had to go down to the get it r selves !!!
Excellent Stay
Pros: Central location, which was accessible by taxis unlike hotels in old town. Everything was walkable. Extremely welcoming staff. Excellent breakfast and the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. What breakfast options were available. Everything about this hotel was WOW Cons: NA
