Cons: when we walked in the lobby at around 4pm. there were two reception staff. None of them even said hello, none of them even greeted or welcomed me and my family. there were no other guests at the counter or the lobby at that time, just me and my family. with all our bags. I swear it felt we were not welcome
we booked for 2 night 3 rooms. all of us love this hotel.

Pros: Good location, staff. Cons: Normal 4 star facilities like kettle, iron, iron board not present. Had to ask for providing iron and iron board which they readily did.
