Pros: Great hotel with a beautiful location right by the water. Within walking distance to the Uber Arena. Mega delicious breakfast Cons: Sometimes very long waiting times at the bar when ordering & paying

Pros: The manager - a very nice, empathetic young man. Very customer-oriented. My problem with check-in and payment..., solved immediately at the reception. Very professional..!!! Hats off..! Respect and dignity - endless. Thank you 1000 times.🙏👌💯 Cons: Some people at the reception - not worth a dime... 😏😏😏 Especially the men..!!!☝️☝️☝️ They definitely need training - on how to talk to and deal with customers..!!! Beyond belief...🤦🤦🤷♂️

Pros: Great breakfast, very extensive. We were very well assisted with the room. That made it a great weekend Cons: Sometimes the service at the bar is a bit impersonal

Pros: Room faced the Spree river. Was clean and good. Nice ambiance and beautiful bar. Staff very friendly. Cons: Unfortunately, the breakfast is very expensive. Booking on-site costs 26€ per person. There are plenty of alternatives in the area. Friedrichshain offers many small cafes and bars. Very multicultural neighborhood, one should be able to speak English.
