Have stayed many times. Usually the hotel is great but this time it fell down

Pros: Location. Very comfortable beds Cons: I was given a very dark and dingy room. The person at the reception was absolutely indifferent to the point of rudeness

Great location for Moorfields Eye Hospital and Old Street.

Pros: The room was very comfortable and well designed. The bathroom had a good rainfall combi shower and nice toiletries. The tea and coffee were good quality. Cons: Booking online was not possible as they said in the small print they were going to share my data with 3rd parties abroad including my dob and passport number so I had to ring to select my room. They were very helpful but could not fully explain this breach of gdpr. I also thought breakfast should have been included but we did find options nearby.
