Pros: The view from the room of the falls is sensational. Room, bathroom, and beds were clean and to the fullest satisfaction. A very nice house! Everything classic was to be found at the breakfast buffet for a start in the US. Cons: The cost of parking is too high at $50/day for self-parking. The walk in the evening was too long for us with 2 children. But we had been on our feet for a long time.
If you don't get distracted by the little things, everything was excellent.
Pros: The room is a bit tired, but overall normal, the view is stunning, excellent breakfasts. Cons: In a 5* hotel, there should be slippers, bathrobes, and various bathroom amenities.
Great hotel and the incredible views
Pros: The location is great and the view is incredible. The breakfast was great. Cons: I was uncomfortable being asked to leave a tip at breakfast, the waiter just brought me the bill for zero dollars because breakfast was included and asked me to add the tip and put the total price. I believe tipping should always be a personal choice, and I want to decide for myself if and how much I leave. Instead of expecting customers to make up the difference, please pay your employees a fair wage.
Would definitely recommend and will stay there again should we return to Canada in the future.
Pros: Proximity to the falls Cons: Ice maker on our floor (8th) was not working for our entire stay. Parking was an issue. Pedestrian bridge was closed.
