Pros: The view of the falls is the highlight of this hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Cons: The Milestone in the restaurant offers a cuisine that is not up to par. Who still manages to mess up pasta? Only the fries were good. The breakfast was okay despite very dry scrambled eggs. For a family of 4, the bathroom barely separated from the room by a sliding door offers no privacy for the toilet.

I expected more for the amount I paid.
Pros: The location itself is good; however, the service did not match the price I paid for the night. For 500 US dollars, I expected a much higher standard of service. At breakfast, I had to wait 20 minutes to be seated, even though half the restaurant was empty; the staff was slow in performing their duties. Cons: For a rate of 500 US dollars per night in Europe, I expected high standards—featuring modern, extensive spa facilities and prime locations. I get the impression that 70 percent of what I paid was just for the view of the waterfall; the rest was a disappointment.
