Nice apartment, well equipped and great location but a few things that could be improved.

Pros: Close to the beach & bus stop, well equipped, the balcony, clean & high quality bathroom. Cons: Bad smell in the bathroom, 60 stairs up to the apartment, frying pan needs replacing, no batteries in bedroom TV remote, no Netflix on main TV, water heater temperature was turned down, communication from property wasn’t great, had to fill in lengthy forms on Travivel asking loads of supplementary questions before checking in and then when I tried to communicate with property managers via the Travivel messaging service I got no response. Confusing check out times: Booking dot com has 12pm but

Quiet town. No mass tourism. Bus to Costa Adeje or Los Gigantes stops at the door.

Pros: Located 200m from the beach and promenade. Bus stop and shop nearby. Cons: Kitchen utensils. The bottoms of the pans are bulging and dancing on the fire. Light on balcony defective, reported this but heard nothing from the operator. No elevator. Noisy and dirty surroundings. Very small balcony.

Very good, but...

Pros: Very good location, close to the beach. Grocery store across the street, a few steps away. Ice cream, coffee, and in general, you can feel like you're in real Spain among the locals. Overall, it is a very nice apartment with a very small balcony. Cons: Problems with parking, unfortunately there aren't enough parking spaces. Noise from the street until midnight, loud screams from the bar across the street, and unfortunately, a very troublesome neighbor on the floor above who starts running around her apartment from 6:00 in the morning.
