We would appreciate compensation for our stay due to the above issues.
Pros: The bed was comfortable.
Cons: 1. When we arrived at 5pm, my wife took a shower and the water was tepid at best.
2. The remote control for the television did not work. Therefore, we could not change the channel or the volume.
3. The floor was not even under the carpet. It felt like we were walking on the subfloor. There were also spots that felt like a large dip.
4. There was a hole in the bathroom wall that looked like someone had punched the wall.
5. There was peeling paint in the bathroom
6. The faucet in the sink needed a new washer as the water was spraying.

Pros: Temiz bir oteldi. Yorumlarda pis olduğunu okumuştum risk aldım ancak gayet temizdi
Cons: Konumu merkezde sayılmaz. Central parka yürüme mesafesi ama girişini düşünürseniz çok da yakın değil. Evsizler yok diyemeyiz.

Albergo per chi non ha pretese.
Pros: La posizione è ottima. Metropolitana a due minuti.
Palestra NY sport convenzionata ottima.
Cons: I servizi di pulizia non hanno soddisfatto la mia richiesta.
Ho cambiato la stanza che avevo prenotato perché vi sono stati dei problemi e in questo lo staff mi ha dato un' altra stanza molto più grande e li ringrazio, ma i servizi igienici erano vecchi anche nella vecchia che in quella nuova.
Stanze vecchie sicuramente da ristrutturare.
