Room is in good size and spacious, front desk service way beyond satisfactory and required training for the staff

Pros: It’s clean and stylish, comfortable stay, great hardware, poor software Cons: In particular to the two staff who serves us for our second visit during the trip. I would say the customer service level was way beyond satisfactory especially for the “senior”, extremely poor facial expression and body language. We were returning customers but they don’t even know we stayed here few days ago nor welcoming until I mentioned. (Unwillingly) We were offered the same room as our first stay (few days ago), hence we gently asked if any other room or floor can be offered, apparently there were rooms

Pros: The room and the items placed are very stylish, the moment I entered, my tension rose. And it's clean. Cons: It would be helpful to have parking spaces. Fortunately, the coin parking in front was available, so it was lucky.
