Illegal letting

Pros: Clean, modern amenities Cons: This should not be listed as ‘sleeps 4’, it sleeps 3, the sofa bed is not for two people. There was also a letter noting that sub lets of the apartment were not allowed in that building, which is clearly the case. If there had been an enforcement of this fact then this would have been serious. This apartment is being let in contravention of the lease and shared ownership rules and should not be being let in the first place, especially not on Booking.com.
