Room service and staff and check in and check out very disappointing.

Pros: Location was great and cleanness 10/10. Cons: The staff don’t help with luggage to and from the room while checking in and checking out. I had to take my daughter for her appointment so my little boy and his dad had had to check in and they had to take 6 pieces of luggage to the room. It was so hard. Other residents at the property could see they needed help and they were quick to help but the staff didn’t . We stayed and 3 different hotels in Seoul and this was the only disappointing one. We checked in for 4 people, still we had to ask for towels everyday because the house keeping only

Perfekt beliggenhed men med skønhedsfejl

Pros: Perfekt beliggenhed, både ift lufthavn og de største seværdigheder. Bedre findes ikke (vi boede forskellige steder i byen). Pænt hotel. Cons: Intet støjværn til nabo. Vi kunne følge med i samtale, lytte til naboens vindprogram hele natten. Rent på overfladen, men fx utroligt meget mug i udluftningen på badeværelset. Papkopper til te og kaffe, som blev fjernet og ikke erstattet. En receptionist, som var exceptionelt uhøflig. Resten af personalet var virkelig søde. Så en helt fin oplevelse, men ikke som man ville forvente til prisen.
