2. Probably fine for Chinese but useless for Europeans. Kettle in room with mug but no tea/coffee, no tea spoon, nowhere local to buy tea/coffee. No tea/coffee at breakfast. Language difficulty as all done through Google Translate. No hangers at place to hang any clothes.

3. Poor customer service.
4. It is the worst location in Shanghai and the hotel is not very friendly when it comes to making changes or cancellations, they don't even care to take you into account.

5. The most difficult part was the communication, no one speaks English and trying to communicate using Google Translate isn't easy.
