Ideal base camp to explore Sunderland and the coast
Pros: Location, building and overall feel of the place.. I really enjoyed my stay but a few minor additions would take it up to the next level.
Cons: Blinds are bit of a pain and bedroom and bathroom ones have loops broken. A few additional items in the kitchen would make a big difference like large tumbler glasses. Also I would recommend you get a washing up bowl it would mean people use a lot less hot water.

Lovely quiet spacious apartments with all the amenities
Pros: Spacious , quiet and self catering . We’re on a long overseas trip and a long weekend at no 2 Simpson street was so what we needed . We did have a problem with the boiler on Sunday morning , the staff were amazing we were offered a move to another apartment which turned out to be an upgrade . We lived our time here and if we ever come back to Sunderland we would definitely stay again
Cons: Linen and towels were the only sour note . While usable a more uniform and better quality product would lift the whole experience .

Wouldn’t recommend staying here.when you’ve had along day you just want to get in. Alrjough let in after 20mins there wa
Pros: Beautiful property from the outside. Spacious apartment. Great location for what we needed.
Cons: Being locked out two out of the three nights of our stay. There is a lock on the main entrance door that can be locked from the inside but no key in the outside incase this happens. Having to call the emergency number and wait for someone to come and let you in late at night. Each time waiting 20mins. The door just opened but no apology or anything. Hallways clean and fresh but apartment itself needs freshening up. Paintwork all scuffed, taps in the kitchen broken. Shower never stayed a cons

Lovely stay, great location for the city.
Pros: Great location very well and sympathetically converted. Retained the old school charm.
Cons: Tiny bit of feedback.
Lacking larger mirror and needs hooks for towels in bathroom and bedroom.
