Pros: The receptionist was a good guy

Pros: The receptionist was a good guy. He explained about Amsterdam. Provided the map of Amsterdam. He also spoke some words of my native language. Cons: The location of the room was just in front of the reception on the ground floor. We had a poor night's sleep because of the sound from the road and people coming and going in the hotel itself. The coffee maker was not working. The toilet was also uncomfortable. I think the price was too expensive for the room and facilities provided.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, great price for a great location. Lovely toiletries in the bathroom and overall a really comfortable stay! Cons: More secure storage for when bags are dropped off ahead of check-in
