Pros: Overall excellent value for money and a great place to stay. We would definitely stay there again and found it a relatively easy 20/25 minute walk to the Stadium of Light for a concert. With a few minor alternations it could be fabulous but as a short term stay it was great. Positives: Car parking is easy with lots of spaces. Large and spacious apartment done to a good standard. Well equipped for self catering. There is a fabulous sized fridge freezer and proper cooking facilities. Bed is a standard double size. We slept very well. WiFi was excellent. Although close to
