The apartment is beautifully presented and within walking distance from everything you need.
Pros: The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and tidy. It's within an easy walk to the theatre and I felt I could really relax before and after shows. The apartment also has everything you need for cooking, washing clothes, fridge, microwave, etc. I would definitely stay here again. Cons: The boiler went off but the company was on the phone with me to help me fix it quickly so no complaints there!

Too nice for Sunderland
Pros: Brilliant apartment and great location, staff were easy to contact and quick to help Cons: The boiler had a couple of moments where it played up and needed reset, besides that it was brilliant
