No1 Apartments & Bedrooms St Andrews - St Mary's

Great location. Clean and Comfortable!

No.1 Apartments was great. Quick one night stay at St Andrew’s was a dream. This location was clean with very close relation to the activities at hand. My wife and I had a wonderful stay.

Lovely stay with a couple of niggles

Pros: Very comfortable, modern and clean Cons: Impossible to get through to the management of the hotel either by phone or by message when we had issues at check-in. Quite noisy at night from partygoers in the street despite having a flat at the back of the property. We wee woken up on both Friday and Saturday nights at around 3 am.

The room would be great for a night or two but for long stays the establishment needs to be more attentive to guests

Pros: Spacious room in great location Cons: We stayed for a week. Not once was the room vacuumed or the bathroom cleaned. This is absolutely unacceptable for a long stay. I put towels next to the bin the one day to signal that we required dry towels. (The bin is cleaned daily and tea bags & biscuits replenished). The kettle has to be boiled on the floor as the cord is too short to put it on the table. We had to wash the tea cups and glasses with our body wash. If a room offers a tea/coffee making station the least the establishment can do is to wash the two cups and teaspoons daily. There wer

Pros: We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was beautiful, super clean, very new, impeccable bathroom, very comfortable bed. This is truly a five star property and the manager Dawid is so helpful and so nice! I will definitely stay there again at my next visit and highly recommend it. Cons: Love the house, the location, the apartment, loved everything about our stay.
