Disgusting staff
Pros: Nothing Cons: Did not return the $600 deposit
Mixed vibes; too expensive for the inconsistencies
Pros: They gave a warm welcome to celebrate our stay and front desk staff was very kind. Cons: Inconsistent service - we had one night of turn down service. Very nice establishment

Great Experience
Derrick was super helpful and amazing he went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was memorable.

I've never stayed in the West Loop before but it was a nice change of pace from Michigan Ave. The rooms are very relaxing and I loved the high ceilings and modern designs. The true standout to me was the pool. Serene, relaxing, warm, the best hotel pool I've ever used. Boutique hotel feel. The main knock to me was service in the lobby was not always as consistent and friendly as compared to other 5 star hotels I've stayed at. Rooftop happy hour was nice, got to sample much of classic Nobu foods. I love the food options of the neighborhood as well
