Cons: I accidentally booked the “cosy” room. And true to its description, it’s cosy. Was suitable for 1 night for a couple but I would strongly advise a couple to maybe go for the bigger room. The room service costs is mental.

Pleased to select Nubo Hotel as my family hotel, wish for enhancement in the future. But Nubo will be amngest my choices
Pros: The location, the lobby area setup. The cleanness. Front desk staff is friendly (Mahmood is helpful). The cafe in the ground floor is nice (the waiters in the cafe are very welcoming). Cons: The design inside the room lacks space management making the room to lose comfort. For example, 1) the wardrobe is L shaped with dead corner. 2) The sink is too big for the size of the bathroom and it could have been corner-sink to leave more space in the bathroom. - Calling the reception sometime with no reply, but very helpful once the call is attended. - the front desk is nice and friendly, but

Pros: Stayed at the hotel 4 times per year since initial opening and really like it the hotel amenities and facilities. Location is also very good, rooms are well appointed and overall the hotel is spotless. Doorman's are very helpful and courteous. Cons: The service at lobby bar is spotty and very slow. Also staff at checking are sometimes unfriendly.
